It is suitable for cylindrical plastic bottles, angular metal sports kettles, special-shaped glass craft bottles, etc., with full printing color and firm adhesion.
• Performance and precision: Adopts CNC servo drive, enabling 360-degree printing for products of various shapes; integrated turntable structure allows products to be transferred among feeding, positioning, printing, curing and other stations in the same fixture, reducing wear and tear, with a printing accuracy of ±0.1mm; equipped with an advanced digital control servo drive system to precisely regulate printing actions.
• Automation and supporting features: Can be equipped with a finished product inspection function to automatically divert unqualified products; the feeding conveyor can be connected to bottle-making equipment or automatic trimming machines to realize automatic feeding; after printing, the finished products enter a drying oven with a maximum temperature of 120°C and are baked by robots for 10 minutes to achieve complete curing.
